Rafael Valle González (born March 1, 1938 in San Juan, Puerto Rico) was a Puerto Rican professional basketball player. In the 1950s and 1960s, he played with the "Cangrejeros de Santurce" and the "Santos de San Juan" teams in the National Basketball League in Puerto Rico.[1]

During that time, he was also a member of the Puerto Rican national basketball team, leading the team to a 13th place at the 1960 Olympics in Rome, where he scored 127 points in seven games.[2][3] In 1956, he was the highest scorer of the league, with 693 points in 24 games, for an average of 28.5 points per game.[4]

In 2008, he was selected as one of the 12 best players of Puerto Rican basketball history between 1920 and 1969.[5]

Valle was 1.93m tall and weighed 91 kg.
