Rajesh Garg is an Indian politician . He won as an M.L.A from Rohini constituency in Delhi. He is a RTI activist.[1][2] [During his student-days in Delhi University Rajesh Garg was in ABVP (Jan Sangh's Students and Youth Wing); he quit the ABVP and joined hands with a Student/Youth Leader who, too, had quit NSUI (Congress' Students and Youth Wing) the same year to form a Chhatra Morcha, in order to contest DUSU Elections—Rajesh Garg was elected the President. I was, at that time, studying in Campus Law Centre (DU) and had supported this Chhatra Morcha.; earlier, I was a Lecturer in GGSCC (affiliated to DU—under Commerce Faculty). And before that I fought the 1971-War. The next year, Mr HKL Bhagat (now Late) requested me to help Ajay Maken to win DUSU Elections as President; and Ajay Maken did win. These 3 Student Leaders executed a Power of Attorney in my favour to challenge the Corruption in DU’s Law Faculty—2 Committees (Presided over by retired High Court Judges) were constituted and both these Committees had pointed out some of the malpractices in Law Faculty. Yet DU, UGC and HRD Ministry took no action thereupon. Our Civil Suit against such malpractices was illegally interfered with by some of the members of the Bar who were also later named by Delhi High Court in a Contempt Case which alleged that one of them had publicly called a Judge, sitting in her own Court, as “kali bhains” and also thrown stones at the High Court. In India, 'politics' has become both a Profession and an Industry—it is the only source of Income for some individuals and certain families. And it is not uncommon to find rowdy elements amongst some of these groups. None of the present day Politicians have dared to point out what really ails Indian governance system today—which is afflicted by the 'cancer' of Corruption and Intellectually Dishonesty that have been designedly introduced over the last several years such that these have now malignantly affected all the Organs of the State and the Media.] Rajesh Garg is a former Congress Party leader, whose wife fought an election on Congress ticket. Despite being in Congress, Rajesh had joined the Jan Lokpal Andolan.[3] AAP suspended Rajesh Garg who had released audio tape on Arvind Kejriwal. Rajesh Garg has also alleged that Arvind Kejriwal's men used to call up offering money to make bad image of BJP[4][5]
