Rameshwar lal dudi is leader of opposition in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. Dudi is a first-time legislator and got elected from Nokha constituency in Bikaner district. He was once a Congress MP also and represented Bikaner parliamentary seat in Lok Sabha from 1999 to 2004.Before being elected as a legislator this time or as a parliamentarian in 1999, Dudi was into politics at the panchayati raj level. He was elected as a Pradhan in 1995 from Nokha. While being a pradhan, he won the Lok Sabha election in 1999. After losing the 2004 Lok Sabha election to Dharmendra (517,802) Votes and Dudi got(460,627) Votes, Dharmendra Got very tough Competition by Dudi, The Difference was only 57,175 Votes out of 1,077,364 Turn Out. He also got elected as Bikaner Zila Pramukh in 2005 and Following 2010(Uncontested).
