Ranaranga (Kannada: ರಣರಂಗ) is a 1988 Indian Kannada romantic action film directed by V. Somashekhar and written by N T Jayarama Reddy. The film starred Shivarajkumar, Sudharani and Tara in the lead roles.[1] Produced by Parvathamma Rajkumar, the film's musical score was by Hamsalekha making this the first combination with Shivarajkumar of the several future successful films.

The film was critically acclaimed upon release and was one of the most successful films of 1988. Dr Raj Kumar himself gave a background score for his son that is all-time favourite title song.

The music of the film was composed and lyrics written by Hamsalekha.[2] Actor Rajkumar recorded a song "Jagave Ondu Ranaranga".
