Randall John Kramer (born September 20, 1960) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. He pitched in all or part of four seasons in the majors, between 1988 and 1992, for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Chicago Cubs and Seattle Mariners.

Kramer's a current professional baseball scout working for the Toronto Blue Jays.[1]

Randy has a son named Jacob (1997).
