Rastopulovka (Russian: Растопуловка, IPA: [rəstɐˈpuɫəfkə]) is a selo in Privolzhsky District, Astrakhan Oblast, Russia. It's a self-governing rural settlement with a population of 2,390[1]. It has a town hall, a school, a kindergarten, a police department, a mosque and other institutions. The current mayor of Rastopulovka in Mansur Saparov. The largest ethnic group in the town are the Karagash (50%), followed by Kazakhs (31%), Tatars (10%) and Russians (8%)[2].
