Raymond Frank Tift (June 21, 1884 – March 29, 1945), was a Major League Baseball pitcher who played in 1907 with the New York Highlanders. He attended Brown University. Tift had a 0–0 record, with a 4.74 ERA, in four games, in his one-year career.

Tift was born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, and died in Verona, New Jersey.
