Rayford B. High Jr. is a bishop of the Episcopal Church. He was consecrated October 4, 2003 as bishop suffragan in the Episcopal Diocese of Texas and served as bishop provisional of the Episcopal Diocese of Fort Worth from November, 2012 through June, 2015. He currently serves as an assisting bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Fort Worth.
