Raymond Chang (chemist)

Raymond Chang is an emeritus professor at Williams College in the Department of Chemistry. His most used text is titled Chemistry and is currently in its eleventh edition of publication.[1] He has also published a few children's books. He received his B.Sc. from the University of London and Ph.D. from Yale University. Dr. Chang was born and raised in Hong Kong. He completed his postdoctoral research at Washington University in St. Louis and served as a professor at Hunter College of the City University of New York. He has taught at Williams College since 1968.[2]

In his spare time, Dr. Chang enjoys playing tennis and ping-pong, practices the violin and plays the harmonica, and maintains a forest garden.[2]
