The red-vented barbet (Psilopogon lagrandieri) is a species of bird in the family Megalaimidae. It is found in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest and subtropical or tropical moist montane forest.
It is about 28-32 cm (11-12.6 inches) in length. It is mostly greenish, with tan cheeks and breast, a dark brown cap and nape, a black beak, and red underside to the rump.
