Regów [ˈrɛɡuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Baranów, within Grodzisk Mazowiecki County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north-west of Grodzisk Mazowiecki and 37 km (23 mi) west of Warsaw.

The village has an approximate population of 100.
