René Laubies

René Laubies (1922–2006) was a French painter.[1] He is associated with Tachisme and Art Informel[2] but particularly linked to Nuagisme or the "cloudist" group of painters.[3]

He died in the city of Mangalore in southern India in a government hospital where he was admitted by an unknown person in a critical condition as a total stranger with no bystanders.
