The Sapphire Flutterer, (Rhyothemis triangularis) is a species of dragonfly in the family Libellulidae. It is widespread in eastern and southern Asia.[1] It consumes many insects in a day. They fly very slowly and can drift in the air for periods at a time without needing to flap their wings. The Sapphire Flutterer is used in traditional Chinese medicine.
