Richard Frank Loiselle (January 12, 1972 in Neenah, Wisconsin), is a retired professional baseball player who played in the Major Leagues from 1996-2001. He was a pitcher over parts of six seasons (1996–2001) with the Pittsburgh Pirates.

For his career, he compiled a 9-18 record, with a 4.38 ERA, 178 strikeouts and 49 saves.
