Rick Edmonds (born September 12, 1956) is an American pastor and politician from the state of Louisiana. He is a member of the Louisiana House of Representativesfrom East Baton Rouge Parish and a candidate for Secretary of State of Louisiana in the 2018 special election.[1] Edmonds unseated a fellow Republican in the 2015 election to the Louisiana House.[2]
