Robert Hall (born December 30, 1970) is a former American and Canadian football quarterback and wide receiver in the Canadian Football League and Arena Football League. He played for the Shreveport Pirates, Texas Terror / Houston ThunderBears, Indiana Firebirds, Carolina Cobras and Grand Rapids Rampage. Hall played college football at Texas Tech.[1] He was selected to the Texas Tech Athletic Hall of Fame in 2008.[2] On March 25, 2002, Hall was waived by the Rampage.[3]
