Robert K. Rasmussen

Robert K. Rasmussen is a professor of bankruptcy law who was the dean of the Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California from 2007 until 2015.

He is the author of a much-discussed critique of the way U.S. and Canadian courts have handled the bankruptcy of the Nortel entities, Nortel Bankruptcy Sets Dangerous Precedent for Lending.
