Roel Santos Martinez (born May 22, 1987) is a Cuban professional baseball outfielder, who is currently a free agent. He played for the Chiba Lotte Marines in Japan's Nippon Professional Baseball.

In 2016, Santos played for the Québec Capitales of the Canadian American Association of Professional Baseball.[1] He played for the Cuban national baseball team in the 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games, 2015 Pan American Games and 2017 World Baseball Classic.[2]
