Roman Dmitriyev (Template:Lang-ru; 1949 – 2010) was a Russian competitive wrestler and coach, and politician. He was Olympic gold medalist in Freestyle wrestling in 1972 and silver medalist in 1976, competing for the Soviet Union. He won a gold medal at the 1973 World Wrestling Championships. He was elected to the Duma of the Sakha Republic in 2008. He died in Moscow in 2010.[1]
