Count Roman Potocki (1852–1915) was a Polish szlachcic.

Third Lord Ordynat of Łańcut, Austrian Szambelan (Chamberlain).

He married Izabella Potocka on November 21, 1882 in Warsaw and Elżbieta Matylda Radziwiłł on June 16, 1885 in Berlin. He had three children, two children with Radziwiłł: Alfred III Antoni Potocki (1886-1958) and Jerzy Józef Potocki (1889-1961); and one child with Helena Marynowska: Helen Marynowska-Potocki (1894-1960).[1]

Awarded with the Order of the Golden Fleece.

He ran a family distillery, which is today known as Polmos Łańcut.
