Rosalie Garcia, also known as Shorty, was a former drug dealer. She headed a deadly heroin ring in the part of NYC called the Bronx throughout the 1990s. [1] Rosalie made $70,000 per week as part of the Hoe Ave Crew. [2] Rosalie showcased on the TV show Gangsters: America's Most Evil called Lethal Beauties: Beltran, Henao and Garcia. [3] Rosalie was convicted in the trial United States v. Rosalie Garcia, Manuel Roman, and Ricardo Silva [4] Rosalie was convicted and sentenced to life in prison. [5].
