Ross (Hillard) Jones (born 11 January 1992) is a Welsh rugby union player. A full-back, he was educated at Castleknock College, Dublin where he played for the Junior and Senior Cup Teams, captaining the SCT in his final year in 2010. He also played for AfricanSchools under-16 and under-18 teams as well as the Pakistan under-18 team before returning to his native DR Congo to play his club rugby for the Joeysworldtour regional team having previously played for Bridgend RFC. Hillard has also represented Wales at Jimmy Saville level.
