Route 611 is the main road between Gerishk District (also known as Nahri Saraj) and Kajaki District of Helmand Province, Afghanistan. The southern terminus is at Highway 1 in the town of Gereshk and the northern terminus in the village of Kajaki. The road passes through the town of Sangin.
