Ruines Humaines is the first EP and the very first release of the French band Amesoeurs. It was released in 2006. The album is dedicated to Ian Curtis and Joy Division[1] which is not surprising considering the influent similarities in their sound and lyric themes.[2] The album include the participation of Fursy Teyssier as the illustrator. Teyssier will later be one of the guitarist and bassist of the band for the next releases.[3] Northern Silence Productions released a special digipak edition and also a rerelease on 10" vinyl on March 23, 2007.[4]
