Samšín is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 7.15 square kilometres (2.76 sq mi), and has a population of 167 (as at 2 October 2006).

Samšín lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north-west of Pelhřimov, 40 km (25 mi) west of Jihlava, and 82 km (51 mi) south-east of Prague.
