Samaraditya Pal,[1] M.A., LL.B.(Calcutta), Senior Advocate, Barrister (Inner Temple), is one of the best-known barristers/advocates in Kolkata, India.[2]

His wife, Ruma Pal,[3] is a retired Justice of the Supreme Court of India.

Pal authored books on various subjects of Law, which were published by LexisNexis.[4] He has represented several famous cases,[5] amongst them were representing Tata Motors,[6] the Election Commission[7] of West Bengal in Panchayet Poll,[8] etc.
