Ehrat has a career high ATP singles ranking of 295, achieved on 13 May 2013 and a career high ATP doubles ranking of 554, achieved on 10 September 2012. Ehrat made his ATP main draw debut at the 2010 MercedesCup, partnering Raphael Hemmeler, but they lost in the first round.
