Sant'Agnese is a Gothic-style, Roman Catholic church in Lodi, region of Lombardy, Italy.

The church was erected in the 14th century and houses fragments of 15th-century frescoes. The apse has a crucifix from the 15th century, and a large polyptych by Alberto Piazza.[1]
