Sarah Wolffe is a judge of the Court of Session.

Lady Wolffe emigrated to the United Kingdom from the United States in 1987.

She qualified as a solicitor in 1992. She became a member of the Faculty of Advocates in 1994. From 1996 to 2008 she was standing junior counsel to the Department of Trade and Industry and its successor departments. Since 2007 she acted as an ad hoc advocate depute. In 2008 she was appointed a QC.

She became a member of the Outer House in March 2014.
