Seiichiro Kuribayashi (栗林 誠一郎, Kuribayashi Seiichirō, born 11 February 1965) is a Japanese musical composer, keyboardist, singer-songwriter, bassist and guitarist under Vermillion records label. In 1987, Kuribayashi started his career, when he began to provide music to band Tube. Since then his work has always a beautiful melody where listener won't be lost. In 1989 he made his major solo debut. In 1993 he has been working with rock band ZYYG, but one year later he left band. Meanwhile, he'd been providing compositions for artist such as Zard, Deen and Manish and achieving popularity in Oricon rankings. In 1995 he created his solo project under name Barbier. In 1999 he held his last live and ended there solo career along with Barbier.[1][2]
