Seiji Osaka (逢坂 誠二, Ōsaka Seiji, born April 24, 1959) is a Japanese politician of the Democratic Party of Japan, a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature). A native of Niseko, Hokkaidō and graduate of Hokkaido University, he worked at the town government of Niseko from 1983 to 1994. He was elected to the first of his three terms as the mayor of Niseko in 1994 and then to the House of Representatives for the first time in 2005.
