Shenphen Rinpoche is the spiritual teacher of Buddhist Congregation Dharmaling.

Activity in Slovenia

From 2004 to 2012 Shenpen Rinpoche was very active in Slovene public life, registering the Buddhist religious community Dharmaling[1][failed verification] and, using his French name of Ronan Chatellier, entering a proposal of law to establish a clearer separation of church and state in a predominantly Catholic state.[2][failed verification]
