Simrock may refer to the German sheet music publisher N. Simrock, or one of the following members of the Simrock family engaged in that business:

  • Nikolaus Simrock, (23 August 1751 in Mainz – 12 June 1832 in Bonn), founder of N. Simrock
  • Karl Joseph Simrock (1802–1876), son of Nikolaus
  • Johann Peter Simrock , who expanded the Simrock firm to Paris
  • Fritz Simrock (2 January 1837 – 20 August 1901), youngest son of Peter Joseph Simrock and grandson of Nikolaus Simrock
