Sinchana D. Gowda Known as Sinchana Gowda is an Indian surfer. She won the second position in the international surfing championship held in Chennai in 2014.[1] Sinchana is one of the top-seeded women surfers of India.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10]
