Sir John Cropley, 2nd Baronet (15 July 1663 – 22 October 1713), was an English politician.

Family and education

Cropley was the only son of Sir Edward Cropley of St. James Clerkenwell, Middlesex and his wife Martha née Wilson, daughter of Robert Wilson, a London merchant. He studied at Clare College, Cambridge University in 1678. He did not marry.

Career

He was a Member (MP) of the Parliament of England for Shaftesbury from December 1701 to 1710.[1]
