Sisilia Talagi (born ?) is a Niuean diplomat who served as the former High Commissioner of Niue to New Zealand. She held the post of High Commissioner from 2005 until 2011.[1] Talagi is Niue's female diplomat and first woman to hold the post of High Commissioner.[2]

Talagi is a former secretary for the Niuean government.[3] She was first appointed High Commissioner to New Zealand, based in Wellington, in 2005.[3] In November 2008, Niue Public Service Commission confirmed her reappointment to a second term as Niue's High Commissioner to New Zealand.[3] She reportedly competed against six other candidates from New Zealand and Niue for the position.[3]

Talagi was succeeded as High Commissioner to New Zealand in March 2011 by O'Love Jacobsen, a former Cabinet minister.

New Zealand is the only country in the world in which Niue exchanges diplomatic representatives.[1]
