Skyhouse will be a 25-story rental[1] apartment building located at 17th Avenue South and Broadway.[2][3] The building is being developed by the Atlanta-based Novare Group. It is being built by Batson-Cook Development Co.[1] There is planned to be 352 units with 10,600 sq ft of ground level retail space.[4]
