Social Europe (SE) - formerly Social Europe Journal - , ISSN 2046-9810, is a leading European digital media publisher and a forum for debate and innovative thinking. Social Europe says about itself that it uses the values of ‘Social Europe’, which are enshrined in the European Union treaties, as a viewpoint to examine issues in politics, economics and employment & labour.

Social Europe was established in late 2004.[1] The first issue appeared in 2005.[1] It is published by Global Policy Institute at London Metropolitan University on behalf of Social Europe Forum.[2] The magazine is based in London.
