Solec [ˈsɔlɛt͡s] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Przemęt, within Wolsztyn County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) west of Przemęt, 9 km (6 mi) south-east of Wolsztyn, and 65 km (40 mi) south-west of the regional capital Poznań.

The village has a population of 645.
