Jenson is an English language patronymic surname meaning "son of Jen", with Jen being a short form of Old French Jehan i.e. John. It may also be an Americanized form of the surnames Jensen or Jenssen.[1] Jenson is also used as a given name. There are alternate spellings, including the German/Danish variant, Jensen.
