SAHPA is an acronym for the South African Hanggliding and Paragliding Association. SAHPA is the governing body for paragliding, hang gliding, powered paragliding, powered hang gliding and para-trikes in South Africa.

All pilots that take part in these sports in South Africa must be licensed by SAHPA, as required by the South African Civil Aviation Authority.
