Sparky and Rhonda Rucker are a husband and wife folk music duo from Tennessee. They have performed throughout the United States and have 11 recordings to their credit.[1]

James Rucker is from Knoxville; Rhonda Rucker is a native of Louisville, Kentucky. Both play a variety of instruments, sing, and do story telling. They have one child, a son.
