Stanislav Nikolayevich Sorokin (born 17 February 1941 in Moscow, Russia – 2 February 1991) was a boxer from the Soviet Union.

He competed for the Soviet Union in the 1964 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan in the flyweight event where he finished in third place.

After a constant sickness, Sorokin died on February 2, 1991, just fifteen days before his 50th birthday.
