Stary Majdan [ˈstarɨ ˈmai̯dan] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rejowiec, within Chełm County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Rejowiec, 13 km (8 mi) west of Chełm, and 54 km (34 mi) east of the regional capital Lublin.

The village has an approximate population of 80.
