Staw [staf] (Ukrainian: Став, Stav) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Chełm, within Chełm County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north of Pokrówka (the gmina seat), 9 km (6 mi) north-west of Chełm, and 59 km (37 mi) east of the regional capital Lublin.

The village has a population of 540.
