Stef Kamil Carlens (born 27 September 1970) is a Belgian singer-song writer, guitarist, composer and record producer.

Carlens is best known for his work as leader of Belgian indie rock band Zita Swoon who gradually changed into the polymorphe collective Zita Swoon Group. He also played with dEUS as bassist and singer that he left in 1996, concentrating on his own band Zita Swoon previously A Beatband and Moondog Jr..

Carlens is also a visual artist. In his plastic works he tries to be both his actual age as well as a child. Thus arise colorful worlds that unite the uninhibited and the melancholic.
