Steven Mark "Steve" Shull (born March 27, 1958) is a retired professional American football player for the National Football League's Miami Dolphins.

He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is Jewish.[1][2][3] Shull played college football at William & Mary.[4]

He played linebacker in 41 career games between 1980 and 1982 before a knee injury ended his career.[1] One of his career highlights was being named one of the three captains for Super Bowl XVII (the Dolphins lost to the Washington Redskins 27–17).[1]
