Stopki [ˈstɔpki] (Template:Lang-de) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sępopol, within Bartoszyce County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north of Sępopol, 18 km (11 mi) north-east of Bartoszyce, and 71 km (44 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia). Following World War II the native German populace was expelled and replaced by Poles.
