Suren Kerselyan is the current Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security of Abkhazia. Kerselyan was appointed on 15 October 2014 by newly elected President Raul Khajimba and also initially held the post of Vice Premier.[1][2] He was succeeded as Vice Premier by Dmitri Serikov on 8 April 2015.[3]
