Susan Cianciolo

Susan Cianciolo is a fashion designer and artist. Cianciolo was born 1969 in Providence, Rhode Island. She lives in Brooklyn, New York. with her daughter Lilac Sky Cianciolo, who she regularly collaborates with.[1][2][3]

Work and Career

Her clothes are often made from found or recycled garments and textiles, and have been featured at Barneys and several other retailers and fashion magazines.[4][5]

Cianciolo has frequently pursued different venues for her fashion to be exhibited, including theater plays, musical productions, and other contexts.[6][7]

Recently Cianciolo has exhibited at Bridget Donohuge in New York, and 356 Mission in Los Angeles.[8] She has also been included in serval group exhibitions including the 2016 Berlin Biannual, and the 2017 Whitney Biannual.[9]
